I know. The news is not good. But remember that there are others, so far away, who hold you in their hearts.
I sit here, at my laptop keyboard as if at a kitchen table, as if I had fixed us both some tea and you and I were able to visit -- away from the bombs and war, away from the silly pressures of less frightening realities -- and hope that you can hold the image of your virtual friends in mind and at heart when your own heart is feeling panicked.
